Daniel Desenberg is the Founder and Lead Enginer of Threshold Construction, LLC, a full-service construction company proudly serving the Sarasota and Bradenton areas. Bringing a unique background in Aerospace Engineering and an education from the University of Central Florida, Daniel approaches every build with an engineer’s eye for structural precision, meticulous planning, and strict attention to detail.
Before dedicating his full focus to Threshold Construction, Daniel built his foundational industry experience working with Z Construction. Since officially starting Threshold Construction in October 2021, he has led the company to achieve BBB Accreditation and an A+ rating.
Daniel sets himself apart in the local industry through his extensive qualifications and direct project involvement. He holds three specialized Florida state licenses:
